- 6 fluid ounces water
- 1 teabag or a generous pinch loose tea, preferably darjeeling
- 1 fluid ounce milk, cream, or soy milk
- 1 tablespoon Chai spice blend
Bring water to a boil, turn off heat, and steep tea in water for 3-5 minutes. Add milk and chai spice, stir well, and pour over ice.
