$15,000 Chicken
This recipe was named by a friend of mine, as the only good thing I got out of my first marriage, and the $15,000 dollars it cost me. We all thought this was hilarious. It is a personal favorite of mine (and everyone I give it to). It's really simple, but really, really tasty.

Average, not something I would cook twice
A very delicious chicken breast, especially considering how easy it was to make. An excellent choice for chicken salad or greens salad topped with chicken. By using salt free seasoning, you can put as much seasoning on as you want for flavor and still control the amount of sodium. Just add a pinch of salt. I will definitely be make this again and again.

I marinated the chicken a bit longer, then grilled it. Very good! In fact, I’m making it again tonight!
