Yield: 4 Large Chicken Breasts
Preparation Instructions:
Cut chicken breasts into required sized pieces, and place in a single layer in a large dish.
Pour a generous amount of olive oil over the chicken. Pour a slightly less generous amount of Worcestershire sauce over the chicken. Then, sprinkle on the Cajun seasoning to cover the chicken. Let sit to marinate.
After approximately 10 minutes, turn all the chicken over, and again, sprinkle Cajun seasoning to cover the chicken.
Cook, preferably on the grill, and enjoy.

Average, not something I would cook twice
A very delicious chicken breast, especially considering how easy it was to make. An excellent choice for chicken salad or greens salad topped with chicken. By using salt free seasoning, you can put as much seasoning on as you want for flavor and still control the amount of sodium. Just add a pinch of salt. I will definitely be make this again and again.

I marinated the chicken a bit longer, then grilled it. Very good! In fact, I’m making it again tonight!
