Details

For a great fajita marinade, mix together 1 tablespoon Fajita Seasoning, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup lime juice or vinegar. Let your chicken, pork, flank or round steak marinate in the fridge overnight, then toss it in a hot cast-iron skillet and cook quickly until done. Serve with bell pepper, onion slices, flour tortillas and sour cream and guacamole for a tasty, easy meal. Our Fajita Seasoning is blended in small batches from coarse flake salt, Tellicherry black pepper, Mexican oregano, garlic, nutmeg, turmeric, celery, paprika, red pepper, coriander, ginger, cumin, white pepper, cinnamon, fenugreek, fennel, nutmeg, arrowroot, cardamom, cloves, basil, marjoram, rosemary, and thyme.

Makes a super tasty marinade

With lime juice and olive oil this makes a super tasty marinade for fajitas. Very nice flavor, not too spicy.

Fabulous Fajita

This seasoning is by far my favorite seasoning I've ever tried for fajitas, and I've tried quite a few. It does require marinating so you need to think ahead if you want to make and have ready.
