For a great fajita marinade, mix together 1-2 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup lime juice or vinegar. (This is ideal for 2-4 pounds of meat.) Let your chicken, pork, flank or round steak marinate in the fridge overnight, then toss it in a hot cast-iron skillet and cook quickly until done. Serve with bell pepper, onion slices, flour tortillas and sour cream and guacamole for a tasty, easy meal. Ingredients: Salt, spices, paprika, garlic, celery, turmeric, arrowroot.

This seasoning isn't just for fajitas as it adds just the right amount of zip to any dish. I use it on many different foods from meats, fish, veggies, even mashed potatoes. Even those who don't like really spicy foods like this seasoning since it isn't overwhelming.

After years of using grocery store fajita packets to following recipes on line for seasoning , this by far is the best! Sprinkle as much as desired and it is full umami! Not salt forward nor season forward. Well balanced!
