
Chorizo Stuffed Poblano Peppers
For a great fajita marinade, mix together 1-2 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup lime juice or vinegar. (This is ideal for 2-4 pounds of meat.) Let your chicken, pork, flank or round steak marinate in the fridge overnight, then toss it in a hot cast-iron skillet and cook quickly until done. Serve with bell pepper, onion slices, flour tortillas and sour cream and guacamole for a tasty, easy meal. Ingredients: Salt, spices, paprika, garlic, celery, turmeric, arrowroot.
