This is a staple rub for me. I use it on Pork shoulder and ribs on a smoker as well as my "lazy" in the oven country style spare rib based pulled pork. Rub the meat down with some lime to get some flavor as well as better adhesion. Great as a finishing sprinkle on pulled pork tacos as well. Wish the texture was a bit more coarse...seems to have gotten finer recently, (or maybe I'm just comparing this to Galena Street Rib Rub from the other politically vocal competition), as I have been using this blend forever.
