The twang from the lemon makes the omission of salt barely discernible. Singapore Seasoning is a terrific no-salt seasoning for chicken or tuna salad, egg dishes, rice, steamed vegetables, stir-fry, steaks, and baked pork chops. Mix 1 tablespoon per cup sour cream or yogurt for salad dressing, a baked potato dressing, or as a vegetable dip! This blend was previously called 'Sunny Singapore Salt-Free Seasoning.'
