The lighter, more delicate nature of this seasoning makes it fabulous for fish. We especially love it on fresh lake perch, seafood, vegetables of any sort, baked chicken, omelets and other egg dishes, and potatoes. Try it in chicken, tuna, or shrimp salads, or mix it with sour cream for dip or baked potato dressing.
Hand mixed from: freeze-dried shallots, ground Mysore green peppercorns, dill weed, freeze-dried scallions, French basil, French tarragon, French chervil, finely minced parsley flakes.
Because of the delicate, hygroscopic (absorbs moisture and clumps easily) shallots this blend is sold in jars only.
